American health care is a mess. Our patchwork public-private system costs far too much and delivers far too little.

• The cost of health care is increasing by 13% each year.
• Nearly 50 million Americans have no health insurance at all.
• Congress will begin debating health care reform bills in less than a month.
• President Obama wants real change and the American people are demanding it.

The time for national health care reform is NOW.
